* Date & time you hope to meet

*  Length of session (90 minute minimum)

*  A good time to have a quick phone call !

*Let me know you have read my FAQ page

Vetting info - Include at least one of the following :

​​* Established Linkedin profile with matching ID

* Company email address

* Professional web presence 

I do require this standard vetting info, however...​
